THE BACKGROUND
We were briefed for a Project campaign for Arkade group. After discussing & visiting the site it was clear that the site located in Goregaon had several advantages. It is just off the western express highway, Close to the newly commenced metro, close to railway station & also close to the Oberoi shopping mall with shopping & entertainment galore & also close to several work spaces like Commerz, Industrial estates. In addition its proximity & the view of Arrey colony makes it the perfect location. Further, there are very few projects in the western suburbs which are freehold developments. Most are redevelopments, The plot size also is perfect for a holistic life, In addition the developers vision to grow a lot of trees & bird houses & children specific areas to groom them for future generations.
THE APPROACH
Keeping the location, connectivity, The land, The developers vision we positioned this project as a perfect place for anyone to live. Based on this positioning, we developed a campaign around The Perfect Life & represented each o these element through premium illustrations to give the entire communication & the entire project brand a premium appeal. The advertisements that you see too your right are samples of the same communication.
THE OUTCOME
The brand scheduled a print & OOH campaign & the campaign was well noticed & well received. Customers did evinced interest in the project & quite a few apartments were sold. The fact that the client is increasing their prices from July is enough evident of huge volume of site visits & inquiries.
