THE BACKGROUND
We were briefed for a Brand campaign for Arkade group. After discussing & understanding that the client was keen to talk about Transparency in dealing, before time possession, Nature being an important part of any of his development & future & children a very important aspect while planning any project.
THE APPROACH
We kept the above core values in mind & connected with clients from their existing projects & visited the already constructed & delivered projects & created a campaign as these points were also important from the consumer or buyer point of view. What we realized is that the client has kept his promise & was transparent in his dealings with customers & had delivered his project delivered before the committed time line. the project was truly of high quality with all modern facilities incorporated. In fact this was the first project in which we had seen that the client was sensitive enough to add bird houses & several trees in the project with the intent of bringing greenery & nature back in an otherwise concrete jungle. We captured all these points beautifully in the brand campaign.
THE OUTCOME
The brand scheduled a print & OOH campaign & the campaign was well noticed & well received within the B to B as well as the B to C segment. The client received several messages from his peers & contacts raving about the campaign & Arkade which was not a very popular brand achieved certain recall value & standing in the market place. The brand was looked as one of the more professional brand & was compared with some of the larger brands from the rel estate industry. The overall objective of branding was very will achieved.
